    1:1 coaching provides you with the tools you need to thrive and flourish in your wellness journey. We will meet once a week over the course of 12 weeks via Zoom. 

    6 Week Cue the New You Course:

    • Week 1) Brain 101: Learn the neuroscience behind thought processes and how our thoughts influence our actions and behaviors.
    •  Week 2) Rewire Your Brain: This highlights the impact our thoughts and feelings have on our overall well-being, and learn how to shift them in a more positive direction.
    • Week 3) Emotional Regulation: Explore emotional regulation techniques that promote self-awareness and learn techniques you connect with yourself on a deeper, emotional level. 
    • Week 4) Feeling and Looking Your Best: Experience how to adopt a “Be | Do | Have” mindset, and how this can lead to profound identity shifts while nurturing a positive self-image.
    • Week 5) Habits and Behavior: Dive into the world of habit formation, drawing insights from James Clear and Charles Duhigg, to help you understand how cue, routine, and rewards influence your behavior. In turn, you will discover how to create new, healthier habits.
    • Week 6) Routines and Self-Care: This highlights the importance of setting goals, and evaluating what has worked, what didn’t work, and what you can do differently to keep on track to achieve your goals.
    We will meet once a week over a course of 6 weeks via Zoom. Replays will be available to you within the private Facebook group so you can ask questions, and connect with other health driven women. You will receive a physical copy of the “Cue the New You” workbook, as well as a downloadable one in the Facebook group.
